Berk Atan Named Best Male TV Actor in the Balkans at “Best Of Rumeli” Awards

The 6th edition of the “Best Of Rumeli” awards, organized by the Rumeli Balkan Associations Federation (RUBAFED), took place on Monday, October 21, at Istanbul’s Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall. Hosted by Suzan Kardeş and Yusuf Emin, the prestigious ceremony celebrated achievements across television, music, and culture, drawing notable figures from the Balkans and Turkey.

TRT 1’s beloved series Gönül Dağı claimed two major honors during the evening. Voted on by over 1 million people, the series was awarded Best TV Series, while lead actor Berk Atan was named Best Male TV Actor in the Balkans.

Berk Atan Delivers a Heartfelt Speech in Bosnian

Taking the stage to enthusiastic applause, Berk Atan captivated the audience not just with his presence, but also with his heartfelt remarks delivered in Bosnian. Acknowledging his Rumelian roots, he expressed gratitude to his compatriots both in Turkey and across the Balkans. He also extended his thanks and love to the entire Gönül Dağı team, currently filming in Eskişehir.
